On Fashion, Dreams, and the Immortality of Vintage

О моде, мечтах и бессмертии винтажа

Since childhood, I've loved fashion.
I remember how at a kindergarten party, surrounded by girls in "snowflake" dresses, I reveled in my ascetic black-and-white dress with a large bow at the neck. Even then, I liked when an outfit had character.

And later, in school, I prepared a report about Chanel.
I was inspired by the story of this incredible woman who changed the perception of beauty and freedom.
One of the photos in my presentation featured earrings with the iconic CC logo.
I remember looking at them for a long time and quietly promising myself: one day I will wear them.

Years passed.
Today, I hold that same red box in my hands, and my heart skips a beat — these are them.
The earrings I dreamed of, the embodiment of a promise made to myself.

But I feel an even greater thrill knowing that one day these earrings will become a family heirloom.
I imagine passing them on to my granddaughter — along with the story that began long before her.

This is the magic of vintage: it doesn't submit to time.
It lives, travels, waits for someone to breathe life into it again.
And, perhaps, one day it will become someone's new dream.
